”Because we were totally unexpectedly called to move out of our comfort zone and 'go' to be with the Maya so they would know their faith family cares about them. From that first mission trip, many encounters with the Maya confirmed without a doubt that we were to be there at that particular time in the suffering of Holy Mother Church and her persecuted Maya children. No doubt we were sent - the why continues to beautifully unfold.”
